I make Hat display boxes for the United States Coast Guard, Army, Navy, Marines, Space force, Sheriffs, Cowboys, and any other Hats. I also make charge books for USCG Chief Petty officers, and Navy Chief Charge book Vessels. I sell unfinished hat boxes, hat box kits, Charge books and Vessels, all the wood for you to build your own, supplies such as engraved/woodburned and inlaid panels, glass with or without engraved art, and plans to build Hat Boxes, Charge books and Vessels.
It all starts with an event, inquiry, idea, of what you envision your hat box to look like. After a series of discussions an order is made thru my web page products, or an invoice. After an order is placed I create a 3D sketch of the Hat box interior and exterior so we can be absolutely sure of what you want and what I build is the same.
Over the last 20+ years I made nearly 200 Hat boxes, and rarely were there two of them the same. All of these Hat Boxes are made one at a time to order, custom.
